Bash brothers behind bars
TWO brothers who broke into neighbouring houses and bashed the men who lived there have been jailed.
Peter James Proctor, 22, and Harley Daniel Proctor, 20, pleaded guilty in Hervey Bay Magistrates Court to the drunken attacks which left their victims bleeding and traumatised.
On March 2 this year, the Proctor boys were drinking heavily at home, “stewing on the festering sores” of wrongs suffered by them and their mother at the hands of their alcoholic stepfather, said the Proctors’ lawyer Andrew List.
